English abstract:
The paper deals with the development of continuous professional education program in accordance to the EQF policy, taking into account the specific labour market needs in land management. This article focuses on activities carried out in Austria and Serbia to implement lifelong learning for land administration experts. As an example of good practice the design process and the implementation steps for a post-graduate and extra-occupational land management course at BOKU (University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences) is presented. The University of Belgrade, along with several European universities - including the BOKU, is applying for a TEMPUS project to develop and run a LLL program on geodetic engineering. Objectives and the main activities of the proposed project will be sketched.
