English abstract:
In this contribution we will present a study of barriers in the implementation of GI standards and interoperability. In contrast to other approaches, we are focusing on two aspects, the availability of software products, and the competence profile of existing personnel. For the study we have made several surveys, which will be summarized. A discussion shows the mainresults as well as the necessary actions.
